¡Yo quiero invitar a comer al Duque Hernández!
Yo heredé de mi madre el talento para actuar y para a cocina. Cuando yo era un adolescente mis padres pasaban mucho tiempo viajando por asuntos de trabajo. Mi abuela era quien cocinaba en la casa, pero llegó una época en la que ahorraba mucho a la hora de hacer la comida y ya no cocinaba tan rico. ¡Porque para cocinar sabroso hay que echarle condimentos a la comida! ¡No se puede escatimar! Así que me puse a cocinar yo mismo. En mi casa siempre se comió como en un restaurante porque mi madre si le sabe a la cocina. ¡No se me olvidan nunca los arroces con pollo a la Chorrera que le hacía a mi padre los domingos! Si pudiera invitar a cenar a alguien a quien admire mucho, invitaría al Duque Hernández. Me encantaría poder compartir con él porque lo admiro como deportista y como persona. Le cocinaría un pollo especial que hacemos en la casa. ¡Muy rico! Unas las masas de cerdo o una rica langostica. ¡Y bueno, para beber cerveza, y hablar mucho de pelota!  
Vaca Frita                   

Ingredientes para 4 personas

1 lb de carne de res
2 cda.  de pasta de ajo
2 cebollas medianas
1 cdta.  de sal
1 limón
½ taza de aceite

Procedimiento:

Hervir la carne durante una hora en olla de presión y  conserve ½ taza del caldo. Separe la carne en hilachas. Calentar el aceite en la sartén y añadir las cebollas y el ajo cuando esté bien caliente. Dejar que las cebollas se pasen de dorado y vierta el jugo del limón. Agregue el caldo y cuando seque un poco coloque la carne.
